Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd seeks an Electrical Project Manager (Design-Build) to own design-build estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects from the Richmond area. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers and field teams to ensure profitable delivery while balancing office and site time.

The role targets candidates with electrical estimating and project management experience, ideally with existing customer relationships in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in design-build estimating for electrical projects.
• Experience delivering projects in commercial/industrial sectors.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design-build estimates for commercial/industrial electrical projects.
• Review drawings, specs and site conditions to establish scope and costs.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, identify cost savings.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement and coordination with field teams.
• Build customer relationships and pursue opportunities for additional work.
• Progress toward leading the Richmond office and local team.
