Qualifications

• Strong electrical technical background is required.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with shipyard or heavy industrial electrical work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Electrical Department.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all electrical tasks.
• Coordinate staffing, budgeting, and resource planning for electrical projects.
• Develop department capabilities and improve productivity and metrics.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.
