Job summary

Rexel USA, a leading electrical distributor, invites applications for a Counter Sales Representative in Petaluma, CA. You will deliver prompt service, share product knowledge, and help with ordering, stocking, and showroom upkeep to support branch operations.

Required 2+ years in customer service or electrical distribution, branch experience preferred, and forklift certification. A High School diploma or GED is mandatory; familiarity with Windows-based order systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or electrical distribution experience.
• Previous branch experience.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders.
• Drive electrical distribution sales and develop new and existing customer relationships.
• Stay informed on product knowledge.
• Inform manager of safety or customer-satisfaction issues.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter organized.
• May perform other branch duties including inside sales, order processing, stocking, and shipping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
