Job summary

Rexel USA in Orlando, FL is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to provide prompt customer service, assist customers with purchases and returns, and help maintain a clean, organized showroom.

You will support the branch team with stocking, receiving, and basic warehouse tasks while building new and existing customer relationships to drive electrical distribution sales.

Work hours are 7am–4pm; and 2+ years of customer service or sales experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical products and showroom operations is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate on all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge; inform manager of hazards or elevated customer satisfaction concerns.
