Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Counter Sales Lead for the PLATT team in Livermore, CA. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with purchases and orders, and stock showroom areas.

You will train Counter Sales Representatives, stay updated on product knowledge, and support safety and daily branch operations as needed. This role may require occasional deliveries and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• High School or GED – Required.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Electrical product knowledge in lighting and controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and process orders.
• Drive electrical distribution sales and build customer relationships.
• Train and mentor Counter Sales Representatives.
