Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to drive customer service and sales in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with customers face to face, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations while learning about electrical products and services.

This role emphasizes building a strong sales pipeline, meeting commitments, and delivering superior customer experiences in a retail electrical supply setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven retail experience in the electrical supply and distribution industry preferred.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and business technology.
• Excellent verbal communications skills and ability to exhibit professionalism.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn about electrical products and anticipate customer needs based off scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Address incoming customers, retrieve products and follow up until completion of sale.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and make recommendations based off opportunity.
• Manage customer expectations by ensuring all commitments are met.
• Build and monitor sales pipeline.
• Other duties as assigned by your sales manager.
