Qualifications

• 10+ years direct electrical and supervisory experience.
• Extensive knowledge of power distribution, motor controls, medium- and low-voltage systems, automation, and instrumentation.
• Proficient with NEC and OSHA standards and other industry electrical standards.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-trade crews and supervise subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of plant electrical systems and high-voltage switchyards.
• Assist contractors and project managers with schedules, work sequencing, and milestones.
• Develop cost-saving measures and manage EWOs and change orders tied to electrical scope.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance and installation for turbines, generators, transformers, switchgear, and DCS.
