Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of directly relevant training and experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills demonstrated through training, formal education, and/or experience.
• Communicate verbally and in writing to collect and relay basic facts.
• Willing to assist with more complex tasks, equipment and procedures.
• Able to work with significant independence and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Proficient in the use of standard office software applications.
• Able to work and contribute to a team environment where inclusiveness, integrity, honesty, and openness are valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, inspect, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
• Maintain DC systems such as batteries, chargers, rectifiers, and inverters.
• Support the maintenance of control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and associated control networks.
• Maintain and test safety systems including ESD panels, gas and flame detectors, and emergency activation devices.
• Perform station maintenance activities including inspections and environmental compliance.
• Recognize and respond to abnormal operating conditions and document accordingly.
• Work collaboratively within a team and guide contractors when needed.
• Follow all SOPs and contribute to work planning and budgeting.
