Electrical Automation Services in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking an on-site Electrical Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and improve machinery in food manufacturing processes. Focus is on electrical and control systems, with both hardware and software aspects addressed to keep production running smoothly.

You will document systems, assist electro-mechanics, train and coordinate across shifts, and occasionally travel for troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• AS/AAS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• High school/military training and practical experience in a related field, with a background in complete machine and electrical control system installation.
• Familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi software, as well as preventive maintenance software, is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain current documentation for all electrical and control systems.
• Assist Mechanics and Electro-Mechanics in diagnosing and resolving electrical or control-related issues.
• Provide training and coordinate the activities of Electro-Mechanics across all shifts as needed.
• Occasionally work offsite to support equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure production equipment is maintained according to the production schedule.
• Complete tasks in adherence to government regulations, GMP, safety standards, quality control measures, and company procedures.
