Qualifications

• 8–12 years of engineering/operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, including automation platforms.
• Proven ability to manage engineering projects, priorities, and resources with business alignment.
• Experience managing capital and expense budgets, including cost control and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical and controls engineering across all project phases from concept to startup.
• Develop functional requirements, specifications, schedules, and engineering deliverables.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, and resources to achieve objectives with excellence.
• Provide expert leadership in design, automation platforms, and system integration.
