Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in Electronics or related field preferred.
• Experience with CNC machine controls and PLCs preferred.
• Experience with 480/277/220V three-phase power, transformers, and electrical wiring.
• Electrical/electronic troubleshooting in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, drawings, and technical docs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot CNC and PLC-controlled equipment using schematics and manuals.
• Perform basic and advanced machine wiring and use electrical test equipment.
• Repair AC/DC servo drives, power supplies, and feedback devices.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers; manage parts inventory.
• Support 6S, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
