The role covers preventive and reactive maintenance of production machinery, electrical and mechanical systems, with responsibilities for reading manuals and reports, documenting work, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 7+ years of maintenance or machinist experience.
• Advanced knowledge of machine mechanics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, repairs, adjusts, and modifies production machinery and facility equipment.
• Diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic issues; conducts PLC troubleshooting.
• Performs mechanical, electrical, and basic machinist duties; uses hand/power tools and meters.
• Maintains plumbing, carpentry, fabrication, and sheet metal work for facilities.
• Reads manuals, blueprints, and work orders; documents maintenance using Express Maintenance systems.
• Tests repaired equipment and ensures proper operation before returning to service; reports issues.
