Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Channel Partners.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to motor controls.
- Support inbound phone and email requests for aftermarket parts.
- Travel to customer sites to support technical repair efforts.
Skills
Industrial motor controls and electrical troubleshooting
VFDs and control panels
HVAC experience
Strong technical judgment
Comfort guiding others verbally through diagnostics
Tools
Microsoft Office 365
ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)
