Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a Manager – Electrical & Controls in the Little Rock, AR area to lead a small automation engineering team. The role combines project leadership, business development, and technical direction to deliver complex electrical and controls projects.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, 10+ years in industrial automation, and the ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team. Travel to domestic sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years in industrial automation engineering, preferably in consulting.
• Ability to inspire and empower team members to reach potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, leadership, and technical guidance to automation engineers and stakeholders.
• Assign and review technical work of project teams.
• Oversee billing, time accounting, and financial reporting for projects.
• Consult with customers to prepare specifications and present reports.
• Lead large capital project development including feasibility studies and cost estimates.
• Help identify opportunities in assigned industries and assist in sales growth.
