Fresenius Kabi USA in Grand Island, NY is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support site utilities and manufacturing equipment control systems. You will work under guidance to improve plant efficiency and ensure validated state across equipment and facilities, complying with cGMP, OSHA, ISO, and applicable regulations.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and 1–3 years’ experience, with knowledge of NEC, high voltage, PLCs, ladder logic, PID, and

Competenze

1-3 years’ experience in electrical engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of The National Electric Code and high voltage up to 460 volts.
Experience reading electrical schematics and ladder logic preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills and strong documentation abilities.

Mansioni

Support development, implementation, and technical support for on-site control systems architecture (PLC, HMI, server/industrial IT network).
Maintain Facility Monitoring System and Building Management System in validated state with calibration, maintenance, and updates.
Develop and implement improvements for efficiency, safety, and avoidance of equipment obsolescence.
Assist with capital improvement projects, including documentation (RRS, FRS, DSQ, FAT/SAT) and risk assessments.
Support rebuilding and upgrading site utility systems and production equipment in formulation, filling, lyophilization, packaging, and warehousing areas.
