Job summary

ESPO Engineering in Morristown, TN is seeking an Electrical/Controls Engineer with strong PLC programming and industrial automation skills. You will develop and modify PLC programs using Siemens STEP 7 and Schneider Electric platforms, and support maintenance planning with AutoCAD drawings and CMMS scheduling.

100% onsite role requiring hands-on leadership, safety compliance, and collaboration with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in plant maintenance or industrial automation leadership.
• Experience with Siemens STEP 7 and Schneider Electric PLCs.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities
