Qualifications Needed:

1. 2+ years of experience in developing, troubleshooting, and editing PLC Programming and Ladder Logic.
2. Expertise in designing, diagnosing, modifying, and repairing electrical control systems.
3. Strong skills in creating and reading schematics or drawings.
4. Electrical qualification to handle 480 3-phase systems and complex system integration.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in verbal and written communication.
6. Self-motivated individual capable of conducting training in small groups.
7. Commercial awareness of costs and sales opportunities.
8. Ability to multitask, with good mechanical and technical comprehension.
9. Valid Driver's License.
