Jobot is seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Columbus, OH. This full-time, on-site role focuses on planning, managing, and implementing control systems design projects with a five-year minimum experience requirement.

You will design, program, simulate, and test automated machinery, troubleshoot complex systems, and collaborate with engineers and operations to ensure projects meet timelines and budgets. ESOP and profit sharing are part of our offering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in control systems design and programming in manufacturing.
• Proficient in PLC programming with Rockwell/Siemens or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement PLC programs to control and monitor processes.
• Create system layouts, schematics, and sequence of operations.
