Engineered Profiles LLC is seeking a skilled Electrical Controls Technician in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving power and control circuits, instrumentation, and automation equipment across our production facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on relay logic troubleshooting in an industrial environment.
• Ability to safely work on electrical systems up to 480V.
• Hands-on experience with VFDs, instrumentation, and motor control circuits.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, etc.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V.
• Diagnose and repair power circuits, control circuits, safety circuits, relays, and field devices.
• Troubleshoot and replace VFDs, sensors, encoders, and instrumentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and controls equipment.
• Maintain and update electrical schematics and documentation.
• Support production / maintenance teams during downtime events.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams on production issues, Capex Projects, & continuous improvement projects
