Job summary

Copeland is hiring an Electrical Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team in California. You will design control circuits, size conductors, and develop panel layouts while coordinating with engineers, project managers, and customers.

Responsibilities include interpreting electrical schematics, working with AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN, and ensuring safety and compliance. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years in electrical controls are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3+ years of electrical controls and design experience preferred.
• Must be self-starter with ability to manage projects and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design control circuits and electrical layouts; size conductors and protect circuits.
• Read and interpret schematics, P&IDs; work with AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN.
• Provide technical support and training to customers; troubleshoot issues.
