Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team responsible for electrical controls design, schematics, and panel layouts. You will design control circuits, size conductors, and work with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN to develop standards; engage with customers and vendors to deliver projects on time.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in electrical controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3+ years of electrical controls and design experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, piping and instrumentation drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the PLC controls platform.
• Manage customer electrical equipment projects and support improvements in standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide product training as SME; interact with customers.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID drawings; work with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
