Job summary

Cornerstone Recruiters LLC in Greater Cleveland is seeking an Electrical and Control Engineer to design and modify machine control solutions, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic platforms for industrial equipment. You will create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and BOMs; program and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, robot controls; and support field installations across North America.

Qualifications

5 years' experience with industrial machine building, field service, and supervising small teams.
Bachelor or Associate degree in Electrical/Controls Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Electrical/Controls engineering experience with equipment manufacturers a plus.
Must live in the greater Cleveland area.

Responsibilities

Design new and modify machine control solutions including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic platforms.
Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bills of materials.
Program and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, robot, and other automation controls.
Support installation, commissioning, and field service across North America.
Collaborate with entry level technicians to ensure accurate work and timely response to project needs.
