PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer to design, program, test, and commission advanced industrial control systems used in large-scale manufacturing and motor-driven compressor applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of controls engineering experience required.
• Strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI, and industrial automation systems.
• Experience with FAT and commissioning activities and reading P&IDs, electrical schematics, control narratives, and Modbus communications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop industrial control systems and electrical control panels.
• Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Develop and maintain HMI/operator interfaces.
• Lead and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Review P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control narratives.
• Support installation, startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop industrial control systems and electrical control panels
• Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs
• Develop and maintain HMI/operator interfaces

What We’re Looking For

Pay Details: $150.00 per hour
