Job summary

Foth is seeking an experienced Electrical & Controls Designer to provide electrical and controls design support for internal project teams and external clients. Projects include process, packaging, utility, and facility electrical systems that support consumer products manufacturing in the food, beverage, paper, and general industrial markets.

Join our team and contribute to safe, reliable electrical designs using AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Eplan, MicroStation, and Revit.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in drafting/design, electronics, electro-mechanical technology, or equivalent technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience working as a designer.
• 3+ years of experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Eplan, MicroStation, or similar CAD software.
• 3+ years of experience with Revit or other 3D design software.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote, support, and follow safety policies.
• Develop and maintain electrical equipment layouts within 3D models.
• Create electrical designs and construction documents for various projects.
• Coordinate project activities with clients, vendors, contractors, and OEMs.
• Review project drawings and ensure quality and compliance.
