You will oversee PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and modernization projects, while mentoring technicians and supporting capital initiatives. A strong safety focus and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in industrial PLC/electrician role with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience using CMMS for work orders and maintenance planning.
• Proficient in PLC and HMI programming; strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to develop procedures and promote best practices in Electrical/PLC.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Electrical/PLC day-to-day tasks and improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot machinery and provide programming expertise for controls and automation.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to maximize machine performance.
• Design/upgrade control systems to modern platforms and improve performance.
• Mentor and train electrical technicians; lead Capital Projects as needed.
• Maintain electrical shop inventory and support site safety policies.
