Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum of five years related repair and maintenance experience.
• Ability to work overtime occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design engineering to support mechanical and electrical projects.
• Fabricate prototypes and pilot runs for testing and development.
• Conduct time studies, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Design and build tools to improve production processes.
• Identify suitable tools and technologies for production tasks.
• Oversee fabrication, testing and procedure implementation for compliance.
• Train production personnel and provide on-site or remote technical support.
• Interpret drawings and update wiring schematics and 3D models.
• Program devices and create standards for parameterization.
• Assist in engineering changes and production revisions.
