Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
• 5+ years of engineering experience including leadership or advanced technical responsibilities
• Ability to lead electrical projects based on requirements and standards
• Experience supporting product assembly, manufacturing, and testing
• Coordinate and manage engineering tasks for customer projects
• Experience developing quotes or providing technical input for proposals
• Proficiency with electrical design software and engineering tools
• Ability to use electrical test equipment relevant to power/control systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong relationship-building, communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design and development of electrical control systems aligned with standards and customer requirements
• Review customer specifications and project documents for guidance to teams
• Develop and oversee electrical design packages using design software
• Improve design processes with standardized practices and tools
• Evaluate and select components for control systems
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for internal teams, customers, and field service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design/manufacturing/quality issues
• Create training materials and documentation to support engineering teams
• Stay current with industry trends and new product advancements
• Build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams
• Provide on-site technical and customer support with minimal travel
• Adhere to safety, quality, and housekeeping policies
