The role collaborates with mechanical and controls teams to specify electrical requirements and document compliance with safety standards. You will design wiring diagrams, specify components, develop specs, and coordinate with field service teams to troubleshoot and improve systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with heavy industrial electrohydraulic machinery.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain electrical systems via wiring diagrams/schematics.
• Specify and support electrical system components.
• Develop and communicate specifications with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with field service technicians for inspection and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with IEC/NEC, ATEX/IECEx, CSA, UL and CE requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve electrical control systems and provide enhanced functionality.
