Qualifications

Has panel wiring and building experience.
Skilled at reading and interpreting schematic drawings.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical wiring.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Proficient in basic math and measurement.
Good communication, motivated, with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and learn continuously.

Responsibilities

Assemble, wire, and terminate control panels, enclosures, and electromechanical assemblies per schematics and BOMs.
Review schematics and BOMs for accuracy and manufacturability; flag discrepancies.
Fabricate parts using hand tools and machining as required.
Install assemblies and subassemblies in cases and cabinets; perform wiring.
Complete point-to-point wiring and install PLCs, relays, and components.
Maintain safety and quality standards and assist with process improvements.
