Job summary

Staffmark Group in Troy, OH is hiring for an Electrical Control Panel Assembler to build and troubleshoot control panels on a fast-paced manufacturing floor. First shift, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with competitive pay based on experience.

You will read schematics, use hand and electrical tools, test with voltmeters and multimeters, and ensure safety and quality. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical or electronic assembly with tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for custom machinery.
• Commitment to safety and quality, with continuous improvement mindset.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and troubleshoot control panels, wiring harnesses, and terminations.
• Use hand and electrical tools safely and efficiently.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and build books to complete projects.
• Apply wiring methods and assemble sub-components to meet specifications.
• Perform quality checks using voltmeters, multimeters.
• Follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
