Job summary

Staffmark Group in Troy, OH is hiring for an Electrical Control Panel Assembler to build and troubleshoot control panels on a fast-paced manufacturing floor. First shift, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with competitive pay based on experience.

You will read schematics, use hand and electrical tools, test with voltmeters and multimeters, and ensure safety and quality. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and troubleshoot control panels, wiring harnesses, and terminations.
  • Use hand and electrical tools safely and efficiently.

  • Apply wiring methods and assemble sub-components to meet specifications.
  • Perform quality checks using voltmeters, multimeters.
  • Follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures.

Electrical Control Panel Assembler

Location: Troy, OH

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

What's Expected
  • Previous experience in electrical or electronic assembly using tools and measuring equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints (schematic reading experience preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills for custom‑built machinery
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
What You'll Do
  • Assemble and troubleshoot control panels, wiring harnesses, knockout boxes, and terminations
  • Use a variety of hand and electrical tools safely and efficiently (wire cutters, conduit benders, tube benders, etc.)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and build books to complete custom projects
  • Apply proper wiring methods and assemble sub‑components to meet specifications
  • Perform quality checks using voltmeters, multimeters, and other test equipment
  • Run air and lube lines and support equipment shakedowns, teardowns, and pre‑delivery punch list tasks
  • Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures in compliance with company standards
