Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the recruitment process, including postings, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer coordination.
• Sourcing candidates and conducting interviews using a variety of tools and networks.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure ATS data accuracy.
