Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking a Project Executive to lead multiple projects, align resources with strategic priorities, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on major electrical installations.

You will mentor leaders, shape process improvements, and promote integrity across teams, field operations, and partners, with travel to construction sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Progressive leadership experience overseeing end-to-end projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality.
• Ability to travel regularly to construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and reviews with PMs.
• Oversee safety, quality, and financial performance of projects.
• Mentor leaders and develop future project teams.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and trade partners.
