Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (minimum of one state or municipality).
• CPR and first aid certifications, preferred.
• OSHA 30, preferred.
• Aerial lift certification, preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in electrical construction, including supervision of crews.
• Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems, installation methods, and construction sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate multiple field crews for safe, high-quality work.
• Review blueprints and submittals; communicate requirements to field personnel.
• Plan layout, installation methods, and daily sequencing to maintain schedule.
• Ensure NEC compliance and project specifications are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades to resolve issues.
• Monitor material needs and tool usage; manage equipment accountability.
• Enforce OSHA and safety requirements on site.
• Conduct jobsite audits, quality checks, and safety inspections.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate field personnel for career progression.
• Maintain organized, process-driven work practices across crews.
• Work in all weather conditions and adapt to environmental challenges.
