Job summary

CS Erickson is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead on-site execution of large electrical construction projects in Central Texas. You will oversee field operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Valid electrical journeyman or master electrician license.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Proven track record of managing projects ranging from commercial to industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
Excellent leadership and team-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily on-site operations with electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
Ensure all work complies with contract documents, plans, specifications, and local codes.
Conduct pre-construction planning, including site assessments and scheduling.
Lead field staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and manage budgets and timelines.
