Job summary

CS Erickson is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of large electrical construction projects in Central Texas. You will supervise electricians and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have an electrical license, OSHA 30, and a proven track record in commercial to industrial environments, with strong leadership, communication, and blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• Valid electrical journeyman or master electrician license.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proven track record of managing electrical projects from commercial to industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, PlanGrid, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations at the project site, including electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work complies with contract documents, plans, specifications, and local codes.
• Conduct pre-construction planning, including site assessments and scheduling.
• Lead and mentor field staff, fostering safety, quality, and accountability.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly project reports, including progress updates and labor hours.
• Monitor budgets and schedules to optimize resource use.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely material delivery.
