Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. in Salt Lake City seeks an Electrical Construction Project Scheduler who is highly organized and detail-oriented to manage the project schedule and capacity overview across all construction phases.

You will collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and subcontractors, update schedules, communicate changes, and provide regular progress reports; some travel to onsite locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 2+ years in construction scheduling or project coordination.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
• PMP or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and vendors to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress and identify delays affecting the schedule.
• Document changes and communicate updates to the project team.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain records of schedules, capacity overview, change management, and timely team notification.
• Travel to onsite location as required.
