Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. in Salt Lake City is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Scheduler to coordinate the project schedule across all phases of our construction projects.

The role collaborates with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep milestones on track. This full-time position requires travel to onsite locations and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordination.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore or similar).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with diverse teams.
• PMP or related certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules by creating, updating, and managing the overall schedule.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and vendors to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress and identify delays that affect the schedule.
• Document changes and update project timelines for stakeholders.
• Coordinate schedule changes due to scope modifications or unforeseen events.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure schedules align with the General Contractor's on-site conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, capacity overview, and change management.
