Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. seeks an Electrical Construction Project Scheduler to manage and coordinate the project schedule across all phases of construction from its Salt Lake City-area office.

This role requires close collaboration with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and other stakeholders to keep the schedule current and milestones on track. The position includes travel to onsite locations, full-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordination
• Proficiency in scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore or similar)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work with diverse teams and communicate clearly
• Certifications: PMP or related (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules by creating, updating, and managing the overall project schedule
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely work and milestones
• Monitor progress and identify delays or issues affecting the schedule
• Communicate and document changes with the Project Team
• Update timelines and inform stakeholders of changes
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management
• Maintain records of schedules, capacity overview, and change management
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Attend to on-site conditions and align with General Contractor’s schedule
