Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join our team. You’ll work with field crews and leadership to ensure protected workers and on-track projects, bringing clarity and calm to risk discussions.

Requirements include 1–3 years of construction safety experience (electrical preferred), OSHA 30, and a high school diploma with a Bachelor’s degree preferred in Safety or related field. This role mixes site and office work in a safety-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction safety experience (electrical strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of standards like OSHA, NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI.
• Current OSHA 30 certification (required).
• CPR/First Aid certification (Trainer status preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to build relationships from crew to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project safety operations on-site and in the office.
• Help build and update project-specific safety plans with field leadership.
• Coordinate and facilitate training—toolbox talks to safety onboarding.
• Assist with incident investigations and reporting to drive learning and improvement.
• Track and interpret safety data to identify patterns and action areas.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
