Job summary

Sheakley Workforce Staffing is seeking a Construction Safety Manager in Dothan, AL for a short-term 5-day, 1099 contract. You will oversee electrical conduit installation safety, perform on-site inspections, and ensure LOTO and OSHA compliance on an active logistics facility project.

The role requires strong electrical safety knowledge, OSHA standards aptitude, and hands-on experience with site risk assessments and incident follow-up, with immediate availability and a field-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health & Safety or related field is required.
• CSP, CHST, or OSHA 500/510 certification with construction safety experience.
• Experience with electrical construction safety and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily safety activities for electrical conduit installation.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
