Sheakley Workforce Staffing is seeking a Construction Safety Manager in St. George, UT for a short-term 5-day assignment focused on electrical conduit installation safety.

The role requires hands-on leadership to enforce LOTO procedures, electrical safety practices, and OSHA compliance on site. The ideal candidate has electrical construction safety experience, strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, and a history of conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Immediate availability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health & Safety (or related field) with 3+ years of construction safety experience.
• CSP or CHST Certification with 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 500/510 Certification with 7+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience supporting electrical construction projects
• Working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Electrical safety experience
• Experience conducting site inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and contractor safety management

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily safety activities for electrical conduit installation
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and electrical safety practices
• Support preliminary electrical construction and conduit installation activities
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Partner with project supervision to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
• Promote a positive safety culture throughout the project
