Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health & Safety or related field with construction safety experience.
• CSP/CHST certification with 5+ years in construction safety.
• OSHA 500/510 certification with 7+ years in construction safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily safety activities for electrical conduit installation.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO procedures and electrical safety practices.
• Support preliminary electrical construction and conduit installation activities.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Review JHAs, permits, and pre-task plans.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Partner with project supervision to proactively identify and mitigate hazards.
• Promote a positive safety culture throughout the project.
