Tri-City Electrical Contractors Inc. is seeking a Site Safety Representative to support the Safety Director and Managers in implementing safety protocols on construction sites in Florida. You will promote safety culture, conduct inspections, and assist with documentation and training.

The role emphasizes collaboration with field personnel, other trades, and owners to maintain OSHA compliance and prevent incidents. Experience with electrical construction and OSHA 30 is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic safety protocols and OSHA requirements.
• Experience with electrical construction safety best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documentation and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Safety Director and Managers in implementing safety protocols.
• Conduct inspections and hazard assessments on job sites.
• Maintain OSHA documentation and SDS lists.
• Identify training needs and coordinate safety training.
• Promote a culture of safety and field presence with teams and contractors.
• Respond to OSHA inspections and on-site inquiries.
• Document accidents and near misses for trend analysis.
• Coordinate with HR on safety investigations when required.
