Qualifications

• Procurement experience in the construction industry, ideally electrical.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, Google Sheets, Spectrum and other software.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when entrusted with sensitive information.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain productivity and meet deadlines while staying accurate.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, prepares, processes, and verifies purchase orders for materials and goods for projects.
• Manages the purchasing and contracts database and input transactions.
• Interacts with suppliers to determine pricing, product specs and availability.
• Expedites delayed orders and resolves issues with changes, returns, credits.
• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure procurement needs are met.
• Assists with coordinating PO reviews, revisions and submissions.
• Other duties as assigned or necessary.
