Ideal candidates have 2 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and strong skills in MS Office and Google Sheets. The role demands high attention to detail and professional communication in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Procurement experience in electrical construction preferred.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Initiates/prepares/processes/verifies purchase orders for materials and goods for projects.
• Manages purchasing and contracts database and input transactions.
• Interacts with suppliers to determine pricing terms and availability.
• Expedites delayed orders and resolves issues related to changes and returns.
• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure procurement needs are met.
• Assists with PO reviews, revisions and submissions.
• Other duties as assigned.
