Job summary

PPC Partners seeks a Lead Project Manager to oversee the safe, profitable execution of multiple electrical projects. You will drive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management while ensuring customer satisfaction and team safety.

You will coordinate with field and office teams, pursue new opportunities, and promote continuous improvement across branches. A strong background in electrical construction and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or significant relevant work background.
• Extensive experience preferably in the electrical construction field.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project costs, billing, collections, and forecasting to maintain profitability.
• Monitor accounts receivable and working capital to support positive cash flow.
• Evaluate goals based on labor, materials and equipment; implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Drive sound Project Management methodology, including planning, resource planning, forecasting, and standard tools.
• Coordinate with business leaders and project teams to support prioritization and resource alignment.
• Manage and support change orders and pursue additional work during execution.
• Forecast weekly goals; analyze and adjust factors for efficiency.
• Facilitate continuous process improvement to increase field productivity and consistency.
• Share manpower, resources, and tools across branches and departments.
