Jobot is seeking a Project Manager with a strong electrical construction background to lead and deliver high-profile projects in the Denver area. You will manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders from start to finish, coordinating with owners, contractors, and field teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of electrical PM experience, strong communication, and budget control capabilities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the electrical construction industry.
• Proven experience managing project values ranging from $500K to $10 million.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, drawings, and specifications.
• Solid experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Proficient in reviewing drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage electrical construction projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the full life cycle of electrical construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and overall financial performance to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Ensure all projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within the agreed budget.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and implement appropriate solutions.
• Foster positive relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project status and expectations.
