Responsibilities

• Monitor and control contractual requirements of assigned projects and ensure deadlines are met
• Control financial aspects of contracts including materials, change orders, and costs to complete
• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials, equipment, and tools
• Collaborate with client, design, and trades to facilitate project completion
• Prepare new project estimate packages under supervision
• Develop and monitor project objectives and performance standards
• Present work in progress reports to management
• Represent the company in project meetings
• Ensure safety plans and work rules are followed
