Job summary

EC Electric, Inc. in Redmond, WA seeks a Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from marketing through closeout and customer follow up. You will manage project planning, execution, costs, and safety while maintaining profitable relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction project experience in the Pacific Northwest, strong knowledge of codes, contract reading, and team leadership to interface with contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5 years construction project experience in the regional market with proven record of successful relationships and marketing skills.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods.
• Ability to read, understand, and write contracts.
• Experience in writing detailed scope proposals.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure.
• Provide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reports.
• Detailed take-off and estimating for electrical service, TI, light commercial and light industrial work.
• Marketing and building profitable jobs.
• Decision-making responsibility concerning project cost, time and performance.
• Cross-selling of other company operations through fully integrated solutions.
• Interfacing with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations.
• Coordinate and direct workforce.
• Support an injury-free work environment and safety culture.
